Want to try a Triathlon or Ironman and don’t know where to start? Inspired by the success of the Brownlees? We offer an Athlete-centric coaching service tailored to your needs, goals and current abilities. We recognise the sacrifices and commitment of time, determination and effort that are required to train for Running, Obstacle Course, cycling and triathlon events particularly IRONMAN and 70.3 events. Generic training plans will never work as well as a fully personalised plan. Plans will be properly periodised and (dependent on packages) reviewed and amended as necessary.

If you are training for your first IRONMAN, 70.3, Olympic or standard or Sprint Triathlon event we can offer assessments of your swimming, running, and cycling form, video analysis using specialist software and digital monitoring of your progress. We can be in contact as often as you require or not at all if you prefer.

Lindsay has nearly 30 years experience in the Fitness industry, is a fully qualified exercise instructor and personal trainer and first competed in Triathlon in the 1990’s and organised Triathlon events with Tecman Triathlon. She experienced considerable success Time Trialling. She recently completed the Outlaw Half Iron distance race in 6:25 and was leading her age group at the Outlaw full distance race by 40 minutes when forced to pull out of the race with a pre existing injury.
David is an IRONMAN Certified Coach and Qualified as a Leader in Running Fitness in 2014 and led groups of Adult runners and coached friends to new personal bests. He also started in Triathlon in the late 1990’s including early editions of the Windsor Triathlon and the first two London Triathlons. He has completed a number of Iron distance and 70.3 races as well as many Sprint and Standard distance races. Born by the seaside he has been open water swimming all his life. His experience and training in his “other life” as a Lawyer lend themselves to data analysis, presentation and communication of complicated concepts. David has completed the Outlaw Iron distance race in 11:54 and 8th in his age group. He was selected for the GB team at the European Middle Distance Championships 2016. A top 20 place at IM70.3 Weymouth followed a good performance at IM 70.3 Vichy 3 weeks earlier so we know how to manage “back to back” races.
We are members of the BustinSkin triathlon Club which runs a series of well regarded events through the year.
