What will I get from you that I don’t from a free plan?
Our training packages are tailored to YOU, YOUR abilities and YOUR available time to train We will send you a detailed questionnaire that gives us the information to tailor a package designed to make the best of your time, address your limiters, and which works for you as an individual. We will discuss the results of the questionnaire with you to get the best possible results.
Package 1: Consultation (in person or via Skype) and provision of personalised periodised Sprint, Olympic, Ironman or 70.3 distance training plans. £50:00 per month (min 2 months)
Package 2: As above but with weekly review, digital supervision and if necessary adjustment of training plans via Xhale or spreadsheet, limited email and text contact. £40 per month (min 2 months)
Package 3: As above but with full nutrition advice, constant review of training plan, detailed training sessions, strength and conditioning programme, unlimited email or text contact. £80 per month.
In-person coaching and video analysis £30 per hour
Run, swim, or bike assessments with or without video analysis. price and format agreed in advance.
